Follow this
1) set ospf router-id with router-id command under the ospf process
2) do clear ip ospf process
3) assign loopback address desired as router-id to a loopback. make sure its
Highest Ip addresses for all the loopbacks
4) give no router-id x.x.x.x under ospf process
5) clear ip ospf process
this will change the router-id to the intended one.!
