ospfv2 router-id

hey ppl

i trying the change the router id on the fly meaning changing it with loopback
(after the ospf process already started) and using clear ip ospf process but
router id is not changing, if i use router-id command and clear ip ospf
process it does change. the question is if the process already started i can
only change router id with router-id command? or if i create and assign an ip
to loopback after the process it will change as well. i m using dynamip with
(C3660-JK9O3S-M), Version 12.4(12)
