In Sweden agents charged 30K sek (around 5K AUD) in 2004, now it maybe
more, but that is a fixed fee for any size of apartment (don't know
about houses).

Job well done Froggy. :-) I'll talk to you once I decide to sell mine
(haven't bought it yet :-) ). The only thing to b sad about for us
average ppl, who has just one apartment, is that we can sell it only
once. :-)
