Lab receipt from new Cisco Invoice Tool

Hi,

Has anyone had any success in getting their CCIE lab receipt from the
new Cisco Invoice Tool?
It appears that the process has recently changed to get a receipt for
the CCIE lab exam after paying by credit card.
In the past I received a confirmation email and then logged into CCIE
online application and clicked the paid/credit card link next to the lab
date which showed a screen with the receipt.

Now, I get the same confirmation email and logged into CCIE online as
normal. When I click on the paid/credit card link it takes me to a new
page: http://tools.cisco.com/qtc/invoice/HomePage but after performing
different searches I cannot find the CC receipt.
