And Bobby, let me say this from my own experiences:
My last 2 paid exam ( one failed, one passed ) : both reimbursed by
the company I last work for ... I pay for both initially by my own
hard-earned dough.
Once you passed, there is a lot on the table to choose.
It not a guaranty that my company will do it today, but it is an
investment for the future...
Heck, I should leave the investment out of it ;-))).
You get my idea.
