Look here and see if this is what you wanted. GREAT stuff. When I can't
focus on reading a book I drag this around in a binder and study it. Easy
to get distracted from but easy to focus back onto.

After reading the INE QoS workbook, I'm sure others would benefit from a FR
QoS flowchart.
