RE: BGP IPv6 in CCIE R&S Blueprint V3

I agree with Gaurav, it was a good learning experience for me and helped pull together a lot of the unanswered questions I had about IPv6 with FR and BGP. Also teaches you some important things about order of operations, which are learned by doing. I enjoyed those labs...

Anyways, straight from the blueprint, v3:

IP IGP Routing

   1. OSPF
   2. EIGRP
   3. RIPv2
   4. IPv6: Addressing, RIPng, OSPFv3
   5. GRE
   6. ODR
   7. Filtering, redistribution, summarization and other advanced features

From v4:

2.60 Implement IPv4 Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

        (a) Next hop

        (b) Peering

        (c) Internal Border Gateway Protocol (IBGP) and External Border Gateway Protocol (EBGP)
3.00 Implement IPv6
3.10 Implement IP version 6 (IPv6) addressing and different addressing types
3.20 Implement IPv6 neighbor discovery
3.30 Implement basic IPv6 functionality protocols
3.40 Implement tunneling techniques
3.50 Implement OSPF version 3 (OSPFv3)
3.60 Implement EIGRP version 6 (EIGRPv6)
3.70 Implement filtering and route redistribution

Draw your own conclusions.

I would say that please dont leave BGP for IPV6 untouched . Believe me its
not tought .. just learn the basics (address family , activate the neighbor
 etc etc)
I found a few questions in vendor specific tests that I gave and hence i did
practiced that .
