Tabs was just one major feature that it has been lacking for years.

Two of the other major problems is the usability and poor logic and layout.

I've always been a big fan of PuTTY because it is very smooth, has all the
features you want and expect in a terminal emulator, allows full screen
mode, and is FREE. With that being said, the biggest thing lacking was
having tabs, similar to SecureCRT 4. With this add-on you can have tabs in
your PuTTY! Thanks to Tyson for turning me on to this, it is awesome!
