OpenView is a big commitment, in terms of both implementation effort
and dollars. If the customer is big enough and has dedicated resources
to care and feed the system, great! If not, I'd consider a turn-key
system like Statseeker (www.statseeker.com), perhaps coupled with
Opsware (now HP) Network Automation System (NAS) (OEM'd by Cisco as
"Network Compliance Manager") to do the configuration and software
