Frame-relay Fragmentation

Hey Group,
I just want to get this straight before moving on.

Cisco defines 3 frame-relay fragmentation methods - FRF.12, FRF.11 Annex C,
and Cisco Proprietary using 'vofr cisco'

If defined under the interface using frame-relay fragment end-to-end, no
traffic shaping is required based off testing. If applied under a class map
however, traffic-shaping is required in order to apply it to a PVC or
multiple PVC's

Is there anything that I am missing or should add this?
