Nopes.
Now a days devices can also perform the acceleration to the
encoded/compressed as well
Now the question will arise that actually by decoding it and then
accerlating it and then encoding it and then send the packet will actually
increase the DELAY but this is not the case.
Just we need to one what exact kind of data will be traversing over the WAN
which needs to be ACCELERATE
