Dark Fiber - Good point -

Also, clients should compare and review what materials are included at
the states price. You'll see that the NMC / 360 products consist of
about 1/3 the content (maybe 1/2) as our Blended Learning Solution or
the IE 2.0 package (count labs in all volumes / books, VOD Modules,
Video Solutions / Tutorials, etc.). Also take a look at the companies
guarantee and upgrade policy....lots to think about - do your homework
and make sure you're comparing "apples to apples"....

Bruce - also, an FYI - all vendor products are available "unbundled".
Hardly a "selling point" for the overpriced 360 program.

Regarding "online mentoring" - we (and again - most vendors) already
do this - some of us do this for free (We do). Is 360 online mentoring
free or is this another cost to be included?

Next, grading - I suggest you take a look at your competitors
offerings - (we have). Several options out there that are just as good
or better than the "CheckIt" solution. I do admit - your stuff is
great - there are other products / solutions available from other
vendors (like us and IE).

Also most of us are wondering where this collection of "25
Instructors" resides....if it's a "selling point" - how does one get
in touch with them?....it seems like one heck of a support structure!
Do they congregate somewhere online to ensure that their customers
questions are answered or is there just a "list" of 25 people that
were once trained on how to deliver your class?

Bruce - let's face it - you've got a job to do (to sell your products
and services) - as do I. This isn't the right forum to do so. If you'd
like to debate the "pros and cons" of different CCIE learning
materials - I'm sure we could get many, many people to engage. We all
(different vendors) have people that like and dislike us (and our
products). This thread evolved out of a question regarding learning
credits - and the facts I presented about your material (now entitled
360) are still legitimate.
