seems to be authorization related. The production aaa configuration is:

aaa authentication enable default group ACS enable
aaa authorization config-commands
aaa authorization exec default group ACS local if-authenticated
aaa authorization commands 15 default group ACS local
Now, only specifying an user would work? Like: "event manager session cli
username marina"
