Bryan has this nailed. The wording here is a little confusing due to the
word threshold matching the command keyword. Functionally you've configured
it correctly, Andy.

I'll change the wording in the updates I'm working on for the RS 4.0 from
"threshold" to "limit" so no one has to be confused by it again once they
hit the press. :)
