I don't have v9 readily available, we are on v10 now :-) but...
I see what you mean about 5.15. Especially since the percentage value is
known as "threshold" in the command reference :-) In this case, 60 is the
value and the percentage at which the warning is generated does not matter.
In a case where you have 2 ABR's, you might want to clarify that with the
proctor, if you are feeling lucky. I think you have it nailed ;-)
