Might be best to hear from the folks from the good folks at ipexpert. BTW -
when you tested this, did you try only one and then the other ABR to see the
effect? You got me curious, and I will try this tonight w/ my rack ...

The first question looks accurate, although the 100 (means percentage) is
optional. This command as configured says: limit routes to 60 and issue a
warning at 100%. Not very helpful to have a warning at 100% ... but none
the less, the 100 is optional in this case.
