ISIS Convergence

Hi All,

if posed with a question like this:

configure the convergence time to quickly detect Vlan10 is down, minimise
the convergence time of the network. router should not consume resources.
I know that the following config is what needs to complete the task.

isis hello-interval minimal
no isis hello padding
isis hello-multiplier ? <<< do we need to add this command as well. and
what interger value will be acceptable.
