I do believe that there's a "support_at_ipexpert.com" address that may be
worthwhile. Or a quick list on this forum should show a number of
instructors/support folks from IPexpert to get in contact with.
Now.... I do see the idea of going to them first before making it a
public thing, but on the other hand, it may be good to look. I found
that my name was actually on their list although I had all of my CCIEs
before working for them. :) but then again, I'm somehow on
CCBootcamp's list too having never used their materials for prep but
rather developed some way back when....
Go figure. But it shouldn't be a flame war. At least in my opinion,
the original message was factual. Now I suppose somehow I'm just adding
to the flame, but sorry for that! You should indeed work on e-mailing
them directly first! :)
