Lan Switching Problem in 4506

Dear All

Lan Switching Problem in 4506 switch having voice and data vlan configured
voice vlan working fine Cisco IP phone working Fine, but Data Vlan PC Port
is up and
connected but Default Gateway of Data Vlan is No Pinging, after changing the
IP address
on the Higher order The Default Gateway started to Ping and the Internet Was
Working.

Kindly Explain some Reason and what if i restore the same IP address to the
same PC
will the problem come again all the PC are given Static IP
