Hi Dale,

I missed the mincir setting on the map-class and once that is been
set, after applying to the interface,it didn't give me the message. Thank you
very much.

Now ,I have a question,if the mincir is not set, will not it take the
interface bandwidth for the calculation.Kindly let me know.Anyhow pasting
the required config below

!
interface Serial0/0
 ip address 155.1.0.4 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 no fair-queue
 clock rate 2000000
 frame-relay class SHAPE
 frame-relay traffic-shaping
 frame-relay map ip 155.1.0.5 405 broadcast
!
map-class frame-relay SHAPE
 frame-relay mincir 64000
 service-policy output PER_VC_POLICY

Thanks

Regards
