if you are getting this from one of BB router and things are not in your
control .. please apply a inbound extended acl permittting only the neibhor
you wish and denying all others ,
permit eigrp host 54.1.2.254 host 224.0.0.0.10
permit eigrp host 54.1.2.254 host 54.1.1.6
deny eigrp any any
permiy ip any any
