i think on R1 RouterID is 192.168.0.1(higher IP). so on R2 distance
command should look like this:
distance 180 192.168.0.1 0.0.0.0 external-routes
(if you want, you can use wildcards)
also, you can change RouterID manualy on R1 to fa0/0 ip (router-id
10.10.10.1), and use this command on R2
distance 180 10.10.10.0 0.0.0.255 external-routes
