I've wondered the same thing... as in, "well is that 21 ponts of
configuration I won't have to worry about? sweet"
But I've read some stuff that says the configuration tasks have been reduced
to compensate for 30min of OEQ's. You'd be damn good to get 21 points of
config done in 30 min is what I've told myself lol. Maybe sections that used
to be 3 points are 2 points now, etc etc? I dunno... just speculation... but
I've definitely had that same thought cross my mind :P
Maybe someone can clear it up.
