It depends on which card(WIC / HWIC) are you using ,
In some cards we do dispaly " Tx/Rx clock detected <> " and in some we dont
dospaly that

I guess the card which u are using ( in which u are not seeing clock
configured at DCE end when u issue sh controller at DTE) must be WIC-2T or
HWIC-2T ..

If u can get a hold of HWIC-4T .. try that .. I am pretty sire that in that
card we do display such thing .

If u r not able to verify and this is very urgent .. please let me know .. I
will check and let u know
