I was thinking replying in the sense of differences between Global / Per
port differences of BPDUfilter
But then I realized that if two ports would filter BPDU's on output, then
there would be a loop in case of any version, since there would be no BPDU
to react to.
I do agree with you about possibility of using Global version for the
subject, but my preference would lie with keeping the bpdu's going and using
bpduguard, just in case there would be some case where other device would
not send BPDU's
