If you can, arrive the day before the lab with enough time to go to the lab
facility to take a look. This helps folks settle down a little bit, at least
seeing what it looks like ahead of time.

As Ryan said, the lab is a set of tasks lined up one after the other. Your
job is to read ahead and try to anticipate how configuration that you are
doing for a task now might effect something a little later in the lab.

Also - employ your strategy in the lab as you have been practicing during
your study.

Take these last few days before the lab to refresh yourself on technologies
that you might be struggling with or need some extra attention.

You will be fine, don't let building a network to spec ( which is what you
are really doing ) psych you out. You know how to do that, so go and do it
good enough to get 80 points!!!!
