Adding to what Farrukh has replied,
You can always find different features using feature navigator and "image
comparison" there.
More detailed information can be found in the release notes.

Watch out for the upgrades though, it's SOMETIMES free with the support
contract, but not always.
There are so called "migration paths" between major versions and sometimes,
there are none. In such cases you have to buy software again.
A lot of time this Cisco license policy is not followed, but if you want to
stay 100% legal, you have to follow them.

Also, if your Gold partner is not able to tell you that - complaint to your
local Cisco Account Manager (you definitely have one if there is local Cisco
office, even if you don't know about it).
They probably do know the answers, but it could mean that they assigned you
a beginner.
But that's speculating, because I don't know if they actually said "We don't
know and we will not tell you" or "We are going to answer you shortly",
because that's a world of difference.
