Different between SC-SVC-FWM-3.2-K9 and SC-SVC-FWM-4.0-K9

Dear all,
I'm confusing about different between SC-SVC-FWM-3.2-K9 and
SC-SVC-FWM-4.0-K9 sofwares.
The SI company proposed to me SC-SVC-FWM-3.2-K9 software with Catalyst
6506E and Firewall Service Module, but when I asked them why did not they
choose SC-SVC-FWM-4.0-K9 to replace SC-SVC-FWM-3.2-K9. They didn't know how
to answer to me.
Pls let me know how is different between them? and give me cisco links about
comparation between them.
