$150k? Thats crazy.

What is your budget? Do you want to go all cisco or are you open to ideas? We just implemented asterisk based solution with cisco phones (7940s), and couple of trunks to voip provider for PSTN and external calls... extremely cheap and now two companies are using it for their small admissions departments , calling globally.

We did invest in few 3750Gs and 2800 series routers, the VOIP runs off 2821s going through the existing T1.

Before going with this solution, we check out cisco and avaya based solutions, it wasn't worth it and we were not ready to spend 20k or 40k on just VOIP solution.

4 pris with uc, after phones, routers, dlus, cards, switches. I think
you would be lucky to be under 150k. But you'll probably need to
provide more information, a lot more.
