Failed in RS exam yesterday

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I failed the RS exam yesterday, especially on the open-end
question part.

This is my first attempt, and I have no idea to answer the open-end
questions. In short notes form or long essay form?

I also found my weak point is the QoS and Multicast part.

Can anyone give me some advice on it? Any books or materials that can
explain the Qos and Multicast clearly in plain text to easy understand?
