CCIE LAB drop issue

I have booked a lab for 14 June 2009 and my credit card payment decline due to
some issues . now I am trying to reschedule a date but I am unable to drop the
previous and book a new lab date. Anyone know this kind of issue.
 
How many days it will take to automatically drop the declined-payment booked
date?
