Thanks Scott, i got it now.
And regarding the lab, if a Qos section is to assing certain amount of
bandwidth lets say 512 kbps to http traffic and the interface speed is
128kbps can I go with "bandwidth 1544" or "bandwidth 1536".
As I understand your article should be the same.
