Again I am telling to you it depeneds upon organization where money
does not matter and cost of specialized engineer for NMS to generate
monthly report and satisfied higher management to show the stability
and productivitiy of their million dollar $ devices .

Do you think in Big organization which run 24X7 and RnS/Security guy
will monitor whole network and generate report ?
I am sure as you are security guy you know basic configuration of
BGP/OSPF but troubleshooting part and Multihoming solution for BGP is
little bit difficult for you .
thats why keeping specialized guy is not matter for that kind of
organization to maintain it.
