Wait...

?

Some companies with modest sized callcenters or distributed call centers might pay a specialist on-site employee/contractor and then pay a Cisco Partner $200-400K+ per year for the privilege of having a trusted specialist on-hand to help if the need arises.? And the company will usually make all purchases through that partner as well.

?

So yes - I can see where an IPCC Specialist who knows the product and the angles of various installs/configs/customizations would be in demand.

?

Hello all,

?? I was looking into getting into IPCC Enterprise, I know it was a hot topic about 2 - 3 years ago, does anyone know if this is still as much in demand as previously or hold the status that it did?

Thanks,

James
