From the exam point of view, i dont think best metric is a concern unless
otherwise asked.. but on a safer side i would do sh ip interface serial or
fast 0/1 and chose the parameters from there.

Best metric for Redistribution under EIGRP from serial and fastethernet??

Hi Guys.

I have a doubt when redistributing from any protocol to EIGRP using
serial interface and also a fastethernet.
What metric should i consider as the best to redistribute from a serial
interface,

metric 1544 20000 255 1 1500
or
Metric 1544 65 255 1 1500
or any other different, the same question using fastethernet.

Should i consider the values from a "show interface serial 0/0" for
example?
