Marish,

I think you should reconsider the statement "we only update source when we r
using loop back address but I'm using physical address." Is that really the
only case? :-) You should try some debugging to compare the addresses being
used for BGP packets to the IP addresses you have configured for BGP
neighbors. Debugging ip bgp or debugging ip packet with an ACL matching port
179 may help.
