Yes. Bryan is correct.

Just remember IP precedence is the three most significant bits of the 1 byte
ToS field, DSCP is the 6 most significant bits of the ToS field and the last
two bits are not used.

Hey Yuri,

I think it's like this:

Prec 3 = 011 000 00
So the two 1's are in the 64 and 32 bit-places
64+32 = 96
96 in hex = 60

Just remember the command takes a HEX argument.
