You take the entire 8-bit field into account there.
IP Prec 1 = 00100000 = 32 = 0x20
IP Prec 2 = 01000000 = 64 = 0x40
IP Prec 3 = 01100000 = 96 = 0x60
etc.
It's in hex. :)
