For the CCIE lab the DOC CD is ur best resource , NANOG free BGP video
tutorials (http://www.nanog.org/resources/tutorials/ )by philip smith
is also very useful and it helps to solidify ur understanding of d
concepts by giving lots of real world illustrations.
