Cisco uses for some labs an internal "product" called wanbridge, which
is based on linux "netem". You may want to look into this...(netem, that
is).

You can configure loss ratios on links between a couple of IFs, delays,
... neat.
You will need to have at least a linux box with 2 IFs (that could be
virtual too). If you are not proficient in linux, it could be an
overkill thogh. But you'll learn a lot :)
