What you are looking at is a 4-byte ASN, which is the new standard for
AS-numbers. As of January 1st 2009, most RIRs assign 4-byte ASNs instead of
2-byte ASNs (32 bit vs 16 bit). The reason for the new ASN is the increased
numbers of available ASN.

Unfortunately, most routing platforms are not entirely ready for 4-byte
ASNs, so you should upgrade your IOS to a version that supports it.
