Heh... I choose a more systematic approcach:

1. Open all four pages
2. Click on all "+" signs on all four pages to unfold submenus
3. Run CTRL+F in every window for "source"
4 = result
This is for 30second approach.

Otherwise, always remember master index - it's the Default Gateway of DOCCD.
Granted, it's not the config guide, but again, default gateway is not always
the best path.
