Thanks for your reply, But unfortunately, it dont work. Anyone try it, i am
using IOS (C3725-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(12).

even quote int the example as link below using rtr 1 instead of ip sla
monitor 1, it still dont allow broadcast 255.255.255.255.

R2(config-sla-monitor)#type udpEcho dest-ipaddr ?
  Hostname or A.B.C.D IP address or hostname, *broadcast disallowed*
