That brings up another interesting thing. Before you do the upgrade check
the version of firmware that your DSP's are running. Then check afterwards.
I recently had a GW that was giving weird issues with not passing DTMF (
intermittently). We noticed it when a user would try and "0" out of a UCCx
queue and could not.

It ended up being that we had 1 DSP that was on a different firmware than
the rest ( much older version ) and when one of those DSP's was hit the
problem was there.

We upgraded to the version you are recommending above 12-4-20.T2 and it
upgraded ALL of the DSP's to the same version and problem gone.
