My mistake, we are running 12.4-20(T2) on our gateways and 12.4-20(T1)
on our conference bridge.
On our conference bridge we are running:
c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.124-20.T1.bin
On our gateways: c3845-spservicesk9-mz.124-20.T2.bin"
Glad I sent this email! Guess I'm going to schedule an outage tonight
and bump them up to 12.4-20(T2)! :-)
We'll see if that resolves the issue. I could have swarn I changed it to
T2. Must have been smoking too much crack that evening.
thanks,

We went from
flash:c3825-ipvoice_ivs-mz.124-15.T3.bin
to
flash:c3825-ipvoice_ivs-mz.124-22.T.bin
at our Data Center (where our inbound PSTN and outbound SIP terminate)
And to be honest, our sites with the conference issues are running the
15.T3, so we might be doing an IOS upgrade here soon to see if that
might resolve the conferencing getting stuck.

Which IOS are you running? We had a LOT of issues with UC 6.1 that were

I'm in the same boat, as I just get one of our guys to go do a shut, no
shut on whatever site is complaining dsp profile for conferencing.
A little OT, but 7.0.1 also broke our SIP trunks we use for outbound
calling to where we were only getting call setup and no media. IOS
upgrade fixed this problem. debug ccsip commands didn't show anything
out of the ordinary.
I have a feeling complaints like these are why there is a 1+ GB "update"
on CCO that I really need to get around to loading. The conferencing
just reared its head this week. I haven't been able to deduce a pattern
yet.

Lovely. I've had this happen with a customer for a while. They have way
too many phones to try and grab traces (it takes 2-3 months for this bug
to show) so we haven't determined the root cause. What have you seen as
the cause? Still unknown?

FYI, but just ran across this in 7.0.1 as well.

Take a look at your conference bridge resources using RTMT. You could
have some resources in a "stuck" state. I think this is a known bug in
UC 6.1. If you don't want to do any troubleshooting and you just want to
try to fix it, restart your conference bridge and see if that does the
trick.

When I try to put someone on hold or do a conference call, the call
drops.
It was working fine for the past two weeks without any issues. Help.
