Well,

I started my Cisco path by the end of 2005 I toke CCNA in Cisco academy in
my country it toke for me more than 6 months to finish it! It was tough
like CCIE now hehehe ;)

By the end of 2006 I went to Malaysia and I studied there CCNP & MCSE, in
May 2007 I finished my MCSE, in April 2008 I got CCNP,

I have a degree in computer networking 2007,

I worked in a GSM company as a network administrator for just 1 year from
October 2007 - 2008, in October 2008 I resigned from my job to do my CCIE; I
realize that while I'm working I will never do it even in two years,

CCIE is not a real practical track; I think even if you have 5 years
experience you have to set and do your preparation labs at least twice and
you have to read DOC CD. TCP/IP....etc, and this will take at least 4 months
if you are well prepared, if you know the technology well you are an expert,
its not how many years you worked, you may work 10 years and you dont know
technically how DHCP works J

Finally CCIE needs:

1- Time

2- Money

3- Common sense

4- Motivation

5- Nice group like this :)
