Core Knowledge Questions WAS Re: mobile lab pass

We are now writing more theory-based questions for help with this Core
Knowledge stuff.

We might still grade for a two to three word response, but the
questions focus on an area one should study. Also, our new More
Information link feature leads the student to a Cisco white paper, or
other such document that provides complete coverage of the issue or
topic raised by the question.
