When you think you will pass and have addressed your areas of doubt, you
are
ready to take the exam. If you don't think you'll pass, you probably
won't.
When you get to the point where you believe that it doesn't matter what
topics they ask you because you can answer everything (w/ the
documentation
at least) and that you feel confident enough to think you're an expert (as
you desire to be proclaimed one), go and take the exam. Until then, read
more books, do more rack time and most of all THINK about how everything
works until you are comfortable that you understand it clearly.
