I wouldn't say it's a lack of confidence exactly - I just want to understand
what Cisco is looking for as much as possible the same as I do for the lab
configuration portion. I probably would feel better if Cisco had actually
gone all the way and had a concept interview instead of just a few short
answer questions. I would also feel better if it was merely one component
of the overall score rather than a completely separate section with an
extremely heavy weight attached to it.

However, I have no control over these elements so I just seek to understand
how to prepare - and you guys have all been very helpful in that regard.
