wow.............such a long list for this small issue :)

You have 2 options:

Options#1: On your A end remove the V.35 convertor and hook the E1 direct to
your router.
This is very clean method as you are not introducing additional fault points
(removes 2 modems).

The only thing I can think of about this option which can not apply to your
perticular situation as the distance between your end customer site and the
Tel Exchange may be problem to drive the E1 signals. If it is within
80-100/max150 meters then you can do this excercise else option#2.

Option# 2:
Just convert E1 to V.35 at your E1 router end. Of course u have 2 additional
fault points as compared to Option1 but it will work for sure.

use any converter. I have used heaps of RAD RIC-E1 converter. Make sure both
end has the same modem else you may also run into another problem.

Other things:
1. Don't forget to check your router to convertor/modem cable pinouts. Ask
vendor for pinouts. and match them with Cisco cable.
2. Make sure your clocking is like this. There are 2 providers so their are
2 network clocks.

router------modem--------|muxAtProvider|--------PDH/SDH------|muxAtProviderB|----------modem---------router

that would be a bit messy as you may have 2 internal clocks in the end to
end circuit. Clock should be always one.
THIS IS VERY CRUITIAL. I think you should monitor the circuits for atleast 1
weeks before paying these teleco's. There will be a lot of errors.

HTH.
